1. Overview and acceptance

This website and online store are operated under the name Voltex Store (“Voltex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to voltex.fyi and purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Information supplied at checkout must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Product information and proper use

We make reasonable efforts to present products, colors, dimensions, compatibility information, and features accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences that do not materially affect function. Material differences, defects, or incorrect goods are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Use each product only for its stated purpose and follow all instructions, warnings, care guidance, and compatibility requirements supplied with the product. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe. Our products are not represented as medical, safety-critical, or professional equipment unless expressly stated.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or an inability to fulfill lawfully. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.

Please review product, variant, quantity, price, and delivery information before ordering. Cancellation and address-change requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other mandatory charges will be disclosed before the order is submitted where required. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details.

Promotions are subject to their stated terms. We do not use a pricing error to charge a higher amount without your express agreement.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. We remain responsible for complying with applicable shipment, delay-notification, cancellation, and refund obligations. Risk of loss does not transfer in a manner that overrides rights provided by applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged goods, incorrect goods, and delivery problems are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The store’s original branding, text, graphics, layout, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Voltex and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, exploit, or create derivative works from protected store content except as allowed by law or with prior written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, interfere with security or operation, harvest personal information, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or engage in abusive or deceptive conduct. We may suspend access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, payment systems, or legal compliance.

10. Third-party services and Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping, and service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Purchases from Voltex are transactions with Voltex, not Shopify. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for content or transactions on websites we do not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and service providers may process information to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with law.

12. Disclaimers

Except for express promises made in the store and warranties or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation. This paragraph does not disclaim responsibility for supplying goods that conform to the contract or any other mandatory consumer right.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by us because of your intentional unlawful use of the store, fraud, or knowing infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use or reduce mandatory consumer protections.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to a competent court available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue, but this does not restrict legal deadlines or mandatory rights.

16. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed by both parties. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the agreement governing store use and purchases.
